As someone who has worked extensively as a leader, Fiona has first-hand experience of the challenges and rewards of working in high pressure environments.


In addition to her breadth and depth of expertise as an Executive coach, Fiona is a specialist in wellbeing, resilience and activating personal potential.  Particularly passionate about supporting purpose-led organisations such as social enterprise and charities, Fiona brings extensive experience of working in the third sector including as CE of a charity and founder of an award winning social enterprise.
