    My professional training began as a registered nurse, followed by a degree in Social Sciences and Health Promotion, alongside studies in Emotional Intelligence. I've had the privilege of training with world leading experts, becoming a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, and Sequential Mind Technology.


    As a certified Results Life Coach, HeartMath Coach, and second-level Reiki practitioner, I blend ancient wisdom with cutting-edge modern science. My approach harmonises Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Energy Healing, and Holistic Wellbeing Therapies to support personal potential and overall wellbeing. I'm here to guide you towards a balanced, fulfilling, and healthy life.

NLP, Eriksonian Hypnotherapy & Timeline therapy

  • NLP

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the science and the 'manual' for how your mind and nervous system work, and the unconscious programming that drives your beliefs, behaviours, emotional state... your life. 


    Through the modality of NLP you can gain transformative insight, techniques and understanding that enable you to quickly overcome limiting beliefs, behaviours or emotions and suffering, while also accessing capabilities and strategies for modelling excellence and enhancing communication. 

    Fiona is a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP.

  • Eriksonian Hypnotherapy

    Ericksonian hypnotherapy describes a very specific form of conversational hypnosis. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, Ericksonian hypnotherapy uses indirect suggestion, metaphor and storytelling in a therapeutic context to support healing and as appropriate alter behaviour, rather than direct suggestion. This new method moved away from traditional hypnotherapy and the direct instruction of ‘entering a trance-like state’ and instead, adopted a more subtle approach, named after its founder Milton Erikson.

    Fiona is a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Eriksonian Hypnotherapy.

  • Timeline therapy

    Sequential Mind Technology (SMT)/ often referred to as Timeline therapy (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s. Essentially SMT provides techniques to clear unwanted negative emotions and limiting beliefs, which influence all areas of our lives. 


    It provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past. Some examples of painful emotions include anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt etc. SMT also focuses on what we can learn from those events as a resource for the future. 


    One of the many advantages of SMT is that it enables you to release and clear gestalts or (chains) of an emotion so that all the ‘anger’ for example from the past is cleared and not just the ‘anger’ attached to a particular event. 


    SMT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past, influence behaviours or hold you back from what you want in your life.

    In recent times the field of Energy Healing, Mindfulness and many Holistic therapies, with ancient roots are finally going mainstream.


    Energy medicine (or biofield therapies) is the act of channeling and manipulating the energy that courses through your body in order to heal it, with examples such as Reiki and Reflexology.  


    Mindfulness offers a way to develop skills and meditation through which, we can slow our lives down and discover how to live in the moment.  Through consistent practice you arrive at greater self-understanding and peacefulness, and reap the immense wellbeing benefits that meditation has been scientifically proven to offer.


    Fiona has received Reiki Levels I & II attunement, is a trained nurse and reflexologist and has undertaken a breadth of studies in Holistic therapies and approaches.

  • Reiki healing for pets

    Just as with people, the powerful healing energy of reiki can be beneficial for animals, promoting deep relaxation and natural healing - and is complementary to any veterinary care.


    Reiki is a form of Energy medicine (or biofield therapies) and is the act of channeling and manipulating the energy that courses through the body in order to heal it.
